Sebastian Ippisch is a member of APEP’s Legal Team. As Legal Counsel, he works on all legal and tax matters, particularly the legal and tax due diligence on primary and secondary investments and the negotiation of terms and conditions for such investments in Private Equity Funds. He gathered previous work experience at the law firm Taylor Wessing in Munich and Ivor Fitzpatrick & Co. (Solicitors) in Dublin. Sebastian graduated from the Law School at the LMU University of Munich and passed the German Bar Exam. He holds a Masters Degree in International and European Business Law.
