Jacques Röder is Associate General Counsel and covers all legal matters arising in connection with APEP’s primary, secondary and co-investments. Before joining APEP, Jacques practised as a corporate lawyer with the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Paris, and Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz in Munich. Jacques has a law degree from the University of Paris-Dauphine, a LLM of the Columbia School of Law, New York and is admitted to the German bar.
